What makes life worth living? What is the meaning of happiness in every day life? How does happiness and contentment actually feel? What ethics do we want, both as individuals, as well as as a society? How do we make ourselves accountable? Is there such a thing as truth and moral responsibility and if so, are our values and norms fixed or flexible? In short, what is moral psychology? In this course, we’ll go over some philosophical trends and we’ll discover how ethics can be the backbone of our ever changing course. It is possible to work on specific cases as well.

How does your background influence the diverse aspects of your life? How to deal with racism in such times of change? What sort of mechanisms exist that do not serve us anymore or work against humanity and existence? How to understand and heal interpersonal and intergenerational patterns? What does an intercultural and inclusive society mean for our current world and the future? What is the universal human? Join me for a conversation and workhop, both on personal development as well as the development of society.

We will work on whatever life issue that needs to be addressed, through life experiences, various systems and works by international masters. Mind builing isn’t just an art, it changes the tangible outcomes in life it should be practiced every single day. HEALING POWER OF WRITING
This course has nothing to do with hardcore journalism or becoming the best writer in the world. It is about being a truth teller and seeker, researching the dark and the light to have a great and ever lasting impact on the world. We will discover the healing power of writing, how to unlock and clear specific areas of your life (similar to what I have done by reliving and releasing trauma), for instance relationships, family structures, money, beliefs, assumptions and much more.
LIVING GRACEFULLY – HOLD ON TO YOUR LIFE PATH FORMULATION AND MAKE WISHES COME TRUE
To be able to build up a decent life in such a changeable world, personal development and mind building is put higher on the priority list. Decent in the sense that people live actively and know when to adapt to reality and when not. After all, every individual has the perfect picture of the perfect situation, which is not imposed by anyone or anything and which serves as a guide. This personal idea is called the life path formulation. People want to maintain happiness and well-being and of course prefer to increase both. During the interactive lecture on personal growth and mind building, various tools are given to hold on to the life path formulation, both in your private life as well as the working environment. We will discuss what living gracefully actually means, how humans are built, what the Delta adjustment theory entails, what constructive desires are and how mindbuilding will help on a daily basis. Of course, it is possible to work on specific cases.
