We see people as what we think they are and not as who they truly are

There are a lot of opportunities in the Netherlands when colouring between the lines, so to speak. It is a bit different when you take a self-willed, non-conformist and somewhat exorbitant path. Are we seen for aspects such as colour, origin, nationality, gender, age, class and so on? Does that define who we are? We see people as what we think they are and not as who they truly are.
